Monkey Island, Conco Island is one of the most visited islands near Agonda beach in South Goa. Conco Island is a 5-acre lush green Island situated at the bay of Palolem Beach. It is often referred to as Canacona Island and is called Monkey Island because the wooded island was once inhabited by monkeys that lived in nearby forests. This island is a great picnic spot and definitely worth a visit when around Agonda Beach.
