How to Reach?

By Air: The nearest airport to Meppadi is located in Kozhikode at a distance of about 91 km. From the airport, you can hire a cab or use the public transport to reach Meppadi.

By Rail: Nilambur railway station is the nearest railhead to Meppadi at a distance of around 83 km. From the station, you can either hire a taxi or catch a bus to reach Meppadi.

By Road: Being a town, the region in and around Meppadi has a good road connectivity, and hence you can easily approach it by road.

How To Prepare?

A valid ID Proof for any sort of emergency.
Personal Medication
A blanket of your own to keep yourself cozy and comfortable.
Quick snacks if you need a quick bite before the trek or any time during the day.
Appropriate clothes to trek, full pants and fully covered T-shirts are recommended to avoid any insect bites.
Trekking shoes are a must
Carry a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrive At Meppadi

Reach Mappadi Wayanad by your own transportation. Our Jeep will come to pick you up from there. If you are an adventure lover, you can have an awesome experience of going on an Off-road ride for around 5 kms and reach the destination. Welcome drink will be served on your arrival followed by Bonfire at 7.30PM and Dinner at 8.00pm. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view for the rest of the evening. Would suggest you to snug in your tents by 10.00pm to wake up fresh the next morning.

Day 2 - Trekking And Riverbath

Wake up to the beautiful sunrise the next morning. Hot coffee/tea will be provided followed by Breakfast at 8.00am. By 8.30 am we head out for Trekking in the fresh green forest which leads us to the river nearby in which you can have a dip.
