How to Reach?
Air/Rail: The closest airport is Cochin International Airport, around 133 km away. The closest railway station is in Bodinayakkanur, 50 km away while the closest major railway station is in Sivakasi, 86km away.
Road: Munnar is around 110 km from Kolukkumalai and is the best-connected town by road. From Munnar, one can take the Devikulam Road and continue on the Kochi - Dhanushkodi Road, also known as the Munnar - Kumily Highway. You'll have to take a left onto the Chinnakanal - Suryanelli Road, to Suryanelli. From Suryanelli, one can hire a jeep that can take you uphill to Kolulkumalai - a 12 km journey through ghats

Quick snacks if you need a quick bite before the trek or any time during the day.
Appropriate clothes to trek, full pants and fully covered T-shirts are recommended to avoid any insect bites.
Trekking shoes are a must
Carry a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.
Itinerary
Check-in Time is at 2:00 pm. Welcome Drink will be provided once you reach the camping site. Settle in for a while and get ready for the evening trek to the Mirchi Waterfalls or the Kurishumala sunset. You will be back at the camp by 7:00 pm. Enjoy your evening with tea/coffee and cookies along with Campfire and music followed by barbeque and dinner(Chapathi, Ghee Rice, Chicken Curry/Veg Curry and Salad)
Wake up call is at 3:30 am. Black tea/coffee will be provided. Get ready and hit the roads for your ultimate off-road Jeep Trekking to kolukkumalai. Witness the beautiful Kolukkumalai Sunrise, Jaguar Rock and Tea Plantation Visit. By 9:00 am return back to the campsite for some hot hot breakfast.(Dosa, idily, vada, Chatni and Sambar)followed by a Tea Plantation Visit or Anapara. Checkout before 11:00am.
