Aurah is the perfect example of 'If you want something, do it yourself. We love a good power yoga session and grabbing some smoothie bowls after. If there is some music to vibe with it, even better! Where can we do this in Cochin with like-minded people was the question? To no one's surprise, we drew a blank. When a google search for a wellness retreat showed the nearest one to be 500kms away, we knew we had to make it happen ourselves. So here we are with Aurah, the Sunday Social we all deserve".
