The class starts with a 40 - 50 minute trial class for you to fix your short-term and long-term yoga goals!

Getting started
Group Classes:
1. This includes a personal 30 - 40 minute
trial class for you to get familiar with my way
of teaching before joining the group!
2. Each class ends with 7 - 10 minutes of
Pranayama, this is optional.
3. To see the results of Breathwork, it should
be practised every single day!
4. The level is a beginner to intermediate, so it
is for Every Body.
5. Each class is structured to help you grow
with the help of Yoga - both physically and
mentally. It is important that you attend all
classes to stay in sync with the practice and
apply the practice off the mat!
6. Assuming you have an emergency and
are unable to attend, I will share a recorded
link to the class (must request beforehand)
- a maximum of twice a month - available
for 24 hours post the class.
7. Missing a class beyond that - does not
affect the monthly charge.
