Hi I am Deni, I am focused on providing a fine dining experience in a casual, friendly atmosphere. The meals served are traditional, Mediterranean dishes with my personal touch made from local and fresh ingredients. 

I would love to host you once things are normal with dinners outside my beautiful, blooming garden, with warm weather, and a formal table setting making the food taste even better, besides the pleasant company of you fellow foodies.

Since we cannot meet I promise to bring my authentic recipe all the way from Croatia into your homes virtually, I’m from Dalmatia Croatia’s most beautiful region, I can tell you a lot about its history and tradition along with some splendid stories while having our delicious lunch together.

How To Prepare?

Here are the things you would need for this recipe

For homemade authentic tamato sauce

1. 1dcl of olive oil (extra virgin if possible)
2. red Peper flakes
3. 4 garlic cloves
4. 1 teaspoon oregano fresh chopped or half teaspoon dried
5. 1 tablespoon basil fresh or half tablespoon dried
6. 1 teaspoon fresh mint
7. 1 teaspoon of sugar
8. 1 teaspoon of salt
9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper fresh ground
10. 500g of freshly canned garden tomatoes
11. 1/4 of cup greated Parmesano Reggiano
12. 2 tablespoons of butter (not salted)

For gnocchi

1. 1kg of potatoes
2. 500 g of flour
3. salt
4. 2 eggs
5. butter 100g
6. Indian nut (Candle Nut)
